SEED IN 2010 WSOP BATTLE
When it comes to large field tournaments, it’s unusual for a number of top pros to weave their way through the tournament and be in contention near the end, but this is exactly what has happened in the $1,500 Omaha 8 or better tournament at the 2010 World Series of Poker.
Among the remaining 26 players vying for the coveted WSOP bracelet, not to mention the 6-figure payday, are Dan Heimiller, Shawn Buchanan, Jeff Madsen, Ylon Schwartz, David Bach, and Huck Seed.
Huck Seed is likely the best known player left in the field; the 1996 Main Event champion –Seed finished 6th in the Main Event the following year– currently has 4 bracelets, and has become known for his incredible Heads-Up play at the NBC Heads-Up Championships where he has finished 1st, 3rd and 3rd in the 5 years the tournament has been around.
